PhD in biological sciences specializing in microbiolgy-biotechnolgy. His research interests are related to proteomics and metabolomics of biological processes; search, identification and profiling of various biomarkers; modern microbial diagnostics and biodegradation of xenobiotics. In his research, he primarily uses mass spectrometry combined with various separation techniques. Above that, he uses microbiological, biochemical and bioinformatics workshops in his scientific work. More than 25 years of experience working with various mass spectrometers, separation techniques and in the microbiology laboratory has directly contributed to publications, patents and implementations of analytical methods at home and abroad.
