INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION concerning LabExperts sp. z o.o.
Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR), I hereby inform you that:
1. 2. Your personal data will be processed on the basis of: a) Article 6(1)(b), c) and f) of the GDPR for the purpose of providing services, performing the Agreement, providing maintenance services, performing the Administrator’s obligations under the law, and for the purpose of pursuing possible claims, where the legitimate interest of the Data Administrator is to pursue and protect against claims in court and out of court.
3. You have the right to access, rectify, delete, or restrict the processing of your data, as well as the right to object, request the cessation of processing and transfer of data, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
4. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
5. Providing data is voluntary, but in the case of services covered by the Agreement, obtaining data is necessary for the performance of the service. If data is not provided, it will not be possible to perform the service.
6. Your personal data may be transferred to recipients. The recipients of the data will be institutions authorized by law and contractors of the Data Controller, including entities providing accounting and IT services, manufacturers of the presented equipment, and training providers.
7. Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be profiled.
8. The data controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or international organization.
9. Personal data will be stored for the duration of the Agreement and the period of pursuing any claims.
